Ive never been great with love poems
Its not exactly my expertise
I'd rather be realistic
When it comes to this life I lead
Some dream of dresses
and their husbands-to-be
but I dream of adventure
cause that stuffs not me.
A hand in hand triumph
over 40 different seas
in a world where theres no "them"
Together it's just "we"
time doesn't stop
when I look into your face
you're the reason time exists
in this nearly unbearable place
so when you ask me what I want
and I answer "a story to tell"
I mean I want a fairytale
in a place that feels like hell.
